EVENTIDE INTRODUCES NEW CALL TAKER EVALUATION SOFTWARE

ORLANDO, FLORIDA, August 6, 2006 - Eventide today announced the introduction of its new Call Taker Evaluation Software for its purpose-built Linux-based VR series voice loggers. This cost-effective software offers an integrated solution encompassing call-taker evaluation and coaching.

With an easy-to-use GUI, the new Call Taker Evaluation Software is a powerful solution for quality assurance and call evaluation. Using simple point and click controls, users can quickly retrieve and evaluate any call record from an Eventide digital call logger database. Operators can also access customized, built-in evaluation forms so that a call taker's performance can be accurately measured and reviewed at a later time.

"This new  software provides integrated functionality for call centers," said Gordon Moore, Eventide Communications general manager. "Our Call Taker Evaluation Software, along with our VR series voice loggers, provides our customers a complete solution, from recording and retrieving calls to how they evaluate internal staff, so that mistakes and errors are not repeated."

Eventide's Call Taker Evaluation Software can be ordered to meet the requirements of any size call center. For more information on Eventide's VR series voice loggers, visit Eventide during the APCO Expo and Conference at booth 701.
