EVENTIDE BANKS ON NEW SWISS PARTNER: FLYLINE MUSIC AG NAMED DISTRIBUTOR FOR SWITZERLAND

LITTLE FERRY, NEW JERSEY, February 10, 2005 - Underscoring its mission to provide customers around the world with the best service by establishing the right relationships, Eventide today named Flyline Music AG its distributor for pro audio products in Switzerland.

"Eventide is a legend in the pro audio world and we are very happy to feature them in our product portfolio," said Andreas Michel, president of Flyline Music AG. "Flyline Music AG specializes in only the best products in the market. Eventide has led the industry for decades with its advanced and powerful processing technology. They fit perfectly within our existing offering and will help us build the digital hardware market in Switzerland."

Flyline Music AG was founded in 2002 and has quickly grown into the leading distributor of pro audio equipment in Switzerland. Focusing solely on the highest quality products for its portfolio, Flyline Music AG services the Swiss pro audio community with hands-on, personal attention. Flyline Music AG hosts workshops in recording studios and invites customers to demo gear in their own studios for a one-week trial. In addition, they publish a newsletter with new product news and tips. Says Michel, "Our mission is to offer customers the best gear and make them confident in their purchase. We feel the best way to do this is to put the gear in their hands and see for themselves. Let their ears decide!"

Flyline Music AG will carry the full line of Eventide hardware, including the much-lauded H8000 Ultra-Harmonizer® effects processor. The H8000 represents the pinnacle of effects processing with nearly 1,500 preset algorithms, including over 70 dedicated 5.1 reverb and effects presets.

"We're pleased to have Flyline Music AG join the Eventide family and develop our business in Switzerland," said Ray Maxwell, Eventide vice president of sales and marketing. "Flyline has personal relationships with the major facilities and dealers throughout Switzerland and offers them the opportunity to try our products in their own environment. Once production professionals get the chance to use an Eventide product on their own terms it becomes a requirement for subsequent productions. Our Swiss customers are in good hands with Flyline."
