EVENTIDE EXPANDS SALES NETWORK; NINE REP FIRMS APPOINTED TO SERVICE THE UNITED STATES

LAS VEGAS, NEVADA, March 24, 2004 - Underscoring its commitment to provide end-users, dealers, and systems integrators with the most comprehensive service and support, Eventide today announced the formation of a new manufacturers' representative infrastructure to serve the North American communications and public safety markets. The move follows the successful introduction of Eventide's VR778 and VR615, the industry's first Linux-based digital voice logging and archiving systems. The new rep network will immediately implement a strategic sales and support program for Eventide's leading-edge family of digital voice logging and archiving systems.

The Sales Group based in Calabasas, California, is covering the western states for Eventide, which include California, Arizona, Idaho, Nevada, Hawaii, Washington, Oregon, Alaska, as well as western Montana. New/Era Sales of Carmel, Indiana, now represents Eventide throughout Indiana and Kentucky, while M.I.N.K Marketing, with its corporate location in Olathe, Kansas, has been appointed to cover Missouri, Idaho, Nebraska and Kansas. DH Marketing based in Lago Vista, Texas, now represents Eventide in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana, while the Midwest Marketing Group based in Janesville, Minnesota, provides coverage for North and South Dakota, , Minnesota, Wisconsin and Illinois. Thomas Shelby and Company based in St. Marys, Ohio, covers Michigan, Ohio and West Virginia. Progress Marketing has been appointed to provide coverage for Colorado, Utah, Wyoming and New Mexico.

The south eastern territory, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee, is served by the Power Sales Company, with its corporate headquarters based in Raleigh, North Carolina. The New York, New Jersey, Delaware, and Pennsylvania territory is handled by Rick Willgerodt & Associates, and All American North rounds out the remainder of the east covering all of New England.
