EVENTIDE "PLUGS-IN" TO DIGIDESIGN|ICON AND COMMAND|8
ENTIRE FAMILY OF DIGITAL EFFECTS PLUG-INS TO SUPPORT NEW CONTROL SURFACES

Demonstrating its dedication to provide the top tier of the Pro Tools community with robust and high-performance plug-ins, Eventide today announced that its Clockworks LegacyTM, Reverb, OctavoxTM, and H3000 Band DelaysTM plug-ins will provide support for the new Digidesign|ICON and Command|8 control surfaces. Available in August, all new plug-ins will ship with integrated support. Free upgrades will be available through Eventide on the web at www.eventide.com.

According to Ray Maxwell, Eventide's vice president of sales and marketing, the support for the Digidesign|ICON and Command|8 control surfaces will give the user unprecedented opportunity to access our plug-ins in a way that is more integrated into production work flow. "The new Digidesign|ICON work surface has brought out many of the best aspects of the Pro Tools environment and represents a significant breakthrough in workstation control surface design," Maxwell states. "Eventide is proud to support this new benchmark with full support from our no-compromise plug-ins. The Eventide family of plug-ins include: the Clockworks Legacy bundle consisting of plug-in versions of the first five Eventide digital audio effects processors, the H949, H910, the Omnipressor®, the Instant Phaser™, and the Instant Flanger™. Eventide Reverb takes the highest quality reverb algorithms from its flagship Orville™, combines them with parametric EQ, delays and compression. Recently nominated for a Tec Award, the Octavox Harmonizer® plug-in, the eight-voice diatonic pitch shifter creation tool with the step sequencer meets musical notation, the Notation Grid™. Recently released is the H3000 Band Delays plug-in, derived from the industry-standard, best-selling Eventide H3000 Ultra-Harmonizer effects processor which features eight delays with modulating filters, each with level and panning control, and an extensive function generator with nineteen wave shapes and MIDI control.
