Determining your Eclipse software version:
Turn power OFF, wait a few seconds and turn it back on. The software version will be annunciated in the "powering on" window shortly after powerup.
Obtaining updated documentation:
The new manuals and some new drawings are now on the main Eclipse page.
Upgrading to the current software version:
The Eclipse current software version is 3.100. If your Eclipse has a lower version number, there are two ways in which you can obtain an upgrade:
| Download the software over the internet from the Eventide web site. There is no charge for this upgrade. If you have sent in your warranty form with your (legible!) email address and other requested information, you will receive an email from us with upgrade info. If you haven't, please do so promptly, either by post or by completing and emailing this form. |
| Purchase an Eclipse memory card (part #ELC-00 $99.00). The current software version is on the card. Once you have installed the software from the card, you can use the card for preset and setup storage. Again, we will need the filled-in warranty form. |
