We can try to help. Virtually all of our products have serial numbers. Of course you have noted yours and can tell us the serial number of the stolen unit, right? If so, we can keep a watch for the unit if it should come through the factory for repair, upgrade, etc. Before we can do that, two things are necessary:
| You must send us a stolen equipment report, in writing, by post. As an absolute minimum, we will need the unit description, serial number, any special identifying information, and, of course, your contact information including name, address, email, etc. |
| You MUST FILE A POLICE REPORT, and give us the contact information for the police or other official agency that has this information. We cannot simply confiscate a unit that comes in and send it to you. We can, however, notify a government agency and proceed as directed by them. |
We don't promise to recover your unit, but we'd rather have it in your hands than in those of the swinish louts who stole it from you.
